HERKUNFT / PFALZ™ is a carefully curated collection of six Doppler-Hertel wines, created for wine lovers who value provenance, precision and individuality.

The Palatinate brings together an exceptional diversity of soils, exposures, elevations and microclimatic conditions. These natural factors shape the character of each wine and form the foundation of the HERKUNFT / PFALZ™ collection.

Every site has its own profile, every parcel its own expression. The role of winemaking is not to impose a style upon these differences, but to reveal them with precision and allow their character to emerge clearly in the wine.

Each wine therefore reflects the espression of its site, a clear stylistic vision and the signature of Doppler-Hertel. Together, the six wines tell the story of the diversity of the Palatinate – from colored sandstone and loess soils to different elevations, exposures and the distinctive microclimatic conditions of their respective sites.
